Front Desk opportunities for candidates who can handle speed, precision, and a demanding Upper East Side salon floor.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of front desk experience in a high-volume salon, luxury spa, or chaotic hospitality environment.
- High proficiency with Vagaro or advanced multi-channel online booking software.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multi-line phones, rapid client check-ins, and complex stylist schedules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic, precise scheduling to maximize our 9-chair layout and eliminate structural gaps.
- Track real-time wait times, greet clients, and calmly neutralize scheduling conflicts.
- Drive front-of-house retail product sales and manage inventory.
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly Base: $17-$28/hour scale based on booking velocity and system mastery.
- Incentives: Financial bonuses tied to retail conversion metrics and salon weekly revenue benchmarks
